We at Jaguar Land Rover understand that the future of our company lies in the hands of the next generation of engineers – young people who are inspired and excited by an opportunity to shape the future of the industry. We need however to do more to ensure that these individuals are turned on to the opportunities before them and events such as the 'Future Mobility Now' conference provide a real platform to do this".
